Play Activities with My Baby
These are some of the activities that you can do with your baby from newborn to 6 months old, each time he/she is awake or with each diaper change.
Play in midline bringing both hands together, show them a toy while lying on their side, help them roll from back to their tummy, and help them to reach a toy when doing tummy time (for your 4-6 month old baby).
You can also do these exercises if your baby has low muscle tone, and to prevent torticollis and/or flat head.
Remember that each baby is different and their individual development should be celebrated!
